Appointment Days and Times

                 

                     In order to provide quality, fast and economical service, we provide service on both sides of Istanbul on certain days. In special cases and according to our schedule density.We can also make appointments on days outside the program. There are different prices for each district depending on the distance to our Central Service Station and the brand of the device.service and maintenance feetheir meatis implemented.

 

Istanbul European Side Service Days and Working Hours:   TUESDAY  |  THURSDAY  |  SATURDAY  - 10:00 - 18:00

 

Istanbul Anatolian Side Service Days and Working Hours: MONDAY  |  WEDNESDAY  |   FRIDAY - 10:00 - 18:00

 

Appointment Hours: Unfortunately, an exact time cannot be given for the service appointment. However, in special cases, a tolerant time period can be given.

(Such as between 13:00 -15:00) Our technical team will inform you approximately 30 minutes or 1 hour before the visit on the appointment day.

 

 

Repair and Maintenance Services

 

      Sports Equipment Repair, Maintenance and Spare Part replacement are carried out at the address where the devices are located, as they are large and heavy.

                  To give a few examples of the longest on-site maintenance and repair times;

                  1 Treadmill Track / Belt change: Minimum 30, Maximum 60 Minutes

                  1 Treadmill Maintenance (Without changing parts) Minimum 20, Maximum 40 Minutes

       Spare parts (Electronic - Mechanical) that can be repaired and maintained are taken to the service station and undergo the necessary procedures.

Technical Maintenance and Repair of the parts taken into service are carried out within 7 working days at most.

      Replaced spare parts and workmanship are under our warranty, and a document is issued for every operation performed. (Service Report, Invoice)
